By accessing, purchasing, or using CALL SYSTEM AI™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CALL SYSTEM AI™ provides an AI-powered receptionist and call-handling system designed to answer calls, qualify leads, book appointments, and route calls based on your business needs.

3. Setup Fee and Subscription

A one-time setup fee of $499 is required for installation, customization, testing, and activation.
A monthly subscription fee of $99 is required for continued access to the service.
Usage fees apply at $0.15 per minute and $1 per month for your phone number.

4. Refund Policy

The $499 setup fee is non-refundable. All sales are final. The monthly subscription may be canceled at any time without penalty, but no refunds are issued for prior months.

5. No Guarantee of Results

CALL SYSTEM AI™ does not guarantee any specific business results, revenue, or performance outcomes. All examples or statements regarding potential results are for illustration only.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information for setup and configuration.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your CRM, calendar, or integrations.
You agree not to misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the system.

7. Service Availability

While CALL SYSTEM AI™ is designed for 24/7 operation, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

CALL SYSTEM AI™ is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
